Art For Kids Hub Return Policy

At Art For Kids Hub, we want you and your kids to love what you order from us!
If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help and make it right.


Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to start a return.
To be eligible, your item must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the original packaging when possible.

We gladly accept returns for physical items such as t-shirts.
Digital products (like ebooks) are non-returnable — but if you accidentally purchase the same ebook twice, we’ll refund the duplicate order.


Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.
If you ever run into trouble downloading or accessing your ebook, or if you purchase the same one twice, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a factory defect, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
A factory defect includes any problem or malfunction that isn’t caused by normal wear and tear.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team:

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and email you with an update.
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Shipping

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t replace items lost in transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
