Art for Kids Hub Return Policy

At Art for Kids Hub, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We accept returns on physical items such as t-shirts. We do NOT accept returns on digital download products such as ebooks, except in the case of accidental duplicate purchases.

Digital Products All sales of digital products, including ebooks, are final. However, if you accidentally purchase the same ebook twice, we will refund the second duplicate purchase. If you experience technical issues accessing or using the ebook, please contact us for assistance.

Defective Products If you receive a product with a factory defect, we will replace it. A factory defect includes any problem or malfunction that is not due to normal use or wear and tear.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@artforkidshub.com or submit a ticket through our contact form. 

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds do NOT include the original shipping charge.

Exchanges At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When sending your purchase back, please ensure that there is tracking included. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit back to us.
